Shipping & Delivery


ORDER PROCESS

All orders will take 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping. Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.

An email with your tracking number will be sent to your email upon dispatch of order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT

As our payment merchants do not refund us any transaction fees for any refunded orders, all orders made are final. Should you require a cancellation or any amendment to your order, refunds will only be made strictly via store credits.

Cancellation or amendments cannot be done if your order is processed.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - SINGAPORE

Free domestic registered mail for all orders above $60.00.

Our trusted mode of delivery is via Domestic Registered Mail by SingPost or Ninja Van.

Domestic Registered Mail - $3.50

  • Delivered directly to letterbox or doorstep in 1 to 3 business days after order is dispatched, up to 5 business days during peak season.
  • Tracking number is available.
  • Free for orders above $60.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free international shipping for all orders above $100.00.

We ship worldwide via our shipping partner SingPost.
  • Malaysia & Brunei: $8.00
  • Asia (except Japan, Australia & New Zealand) - $10.00
    • The Rest of the World - $12.00

    International delivery takes about 6-20 days, excluding weekends and public holidays and depending on location.

    Tracking number is available.

    Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.

    All customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred during the delivery process. Nothing Small will not be responsible or held liable should parcels be seized by customs due to unpaid taxesIf your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

       

      INACCURATE / INSUFFICIENT MAILING ADDRESS

      Contact us immediately at nothingsmall@hotmail.com if our mailing address is inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing Small is not responsible or held liable for parcels with inaccurate or insufficient address.

      Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.

      Additional shipping charges apply for returned orders due to inaccurate or insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. 

      LOST / MISPLACED / DAMAGED MAIL

      We package with great care. All items are wrapped and boxed in a satchel. We work with SingPost for all our mailing options.

      Nothing Small is not liable for any lost, misplaced or damaged parcels by SingPost.

      In the event of a lost or misplaced mail via Domestic Registered Mail and International Registered Mail, an investigation will be done by the shipping company and it may take up to 3 months for a thorough investigation.

      Nothing Small will process the compensation once we have received the compensation from our shipping company about 3 months after the close of the investigation.
